How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend you book 4 to 6 months before your event date to make sure we can provide you with exactly what you want. However, we have a large quantity of stock and will do our very best to accommodate ‘last minute’ bookings. Please be reminded that the wedding season is extremely busy and to secure your event date with us please book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Can we still make a booking if we are not sure of the exact numbers, or colour scheme?
Of course. Initially, you will be putting down a deposit to secure the booking for the date of your occasion. We will help you choose your colour scheme and give you time to decide. We don’t need to know the exact number of guests until you make your final payment.

Will the chair covers fit the chairs at our venue?
We don’t believe ‘one size fits all’. We have covers in various sizes to fit most standard banqueting type chairs. We work very closely with all the wedding venues in the region so we usually know the chairs each venue has. However, we will always go to your venue well in advance to measure the chairs to make sure.

How will we know how the chair covers and decor will look?
You are very likely to see how your colour scheme will look on the day by viewing photos in our online gallery as well as photos we already have from decorating your venue before. You are also very welcome to make an appointment with us to visit our showroom to see various styles and designs

How do we book? What deposit is needed?
A deposit of 30% of the final cost is required to secure your booking date. This is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total balance of your order. Use the ‘contact us’ page to get in touch.

Which methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, cheque, or bank payment transfer (BACs).

When must I pay the full amount?
The remaining balance is due 4 weeks prior to the event. We realise it is sometimes difficult to know exact numbers when guests have not confirmed their attendance, and the total number of seats may be different from your initial booking, so, we will amend the total cost to the exact seat numbers you need up until full payment is required.

How long before our event begins do you arrive to set up?
We will arrive from 4 to 6 hours before you are due at your venue. When the function has ended, we will be there to collect the chair covers and decor, making your day as stress free as possible.
